Let me be the first to say, that I have never been excited about filling out surveys. I have never really been interested in them (unless a prize was guaranteed at the end). However, for everyone out there that is better about it than I am, and went to their Chicago Cadillac dealer to fill out their Auto Pacific Vehicle Satisfaction surveys, I’m sure that Cadillac thanks you. Cadillac has always had a very loyal customer base. Now, for the second year in a row, Cadillac has been bestowed the honor of Auto Pacific’s Highest Satisfaction Brand Award.

Cadillac Converj concept
